Culture of Eating Habit

Eating fish is a part of Japanese culture that I'm attached to. Most Japanese people eat Sushi and Sashimi, including me. Fish is really healthy food. Eating fish can reduce risk of childhood asthma, prostate cancer, depression, diabetes, eye disorders etc. In fact, Japan has one of the highest life expectanies in the world. Therefore, eating fish is very important to me.

  3. I like sushi too, but sushi is expensive in the U.S. We like to make sushi at home, but it isn't easy, and we need preparing a lot of materials.
